Exploring Gunung Panti Barat

Gunung Panti Barat with the height of 513 meter located near Kota Tinggi Waterfalls Resort. A very unique outlook mountain viewing from far. There are three starting points to Gunung Panti:-
1. Via Jalan Susur Panti near Kota Tinggi Waterfalls (To Gunung Panti Barat)
2. Via Kampung Lukut (To Gunung Panti Tengah)
3. Via Panti Bird Sanctuary (To Batu Tenggek@Batu Transformers)
Two of us suppose to visit the famous unique rock Batu Tenggek@Batu Transformers by either doing a Trans Panti Loop (Start Point - Panti Barat - Panti Tengah - Panti Timur - Panti Utara - Batu Tenggek - Start Point) or Reverse Trans Panti (Start Point - Panti Barat - Panti Tengah - Panti Timur - Panti Utara - Batu Tenggek and reverse back) where both trails takes approximately 21 KM for the whole journey.
Unfortunately, raining all the way while started our journey from Kluang. We started our hike at 8:35 am, the trail with well marking all the way but very slippery after rain. We reached Gunung Panti Barat peak at 9:50 am, rest for 20 minutes and continue our journey to Gunung Panti Tengah.
The trail condition for thruward Panti Tengah a bit raw and most of the trails have been rendered impassable by heavy rain. We have no choices to made a U turn back to Panti Barat.
